This is the first Service of its Kind in the World.
This private foundation is non-government and operates with contributions/koha/gifts which are non-refundable.

STEP 1. APPLY - LIVE LIFE CLAIM
OPTION 1 - Apply for digital (emailed) copy only $110
OPTION 2 - Apply for digital, notarised & posted copy $210

STEP 2. Received digital copy via email. Check all your personal details are correct. Send email of approval to administration team. Digital will not be posted.

STEP 3. If you requested private notary service, your LLC will be notarised, sealed and posted. Ensure you have submitted your complete address with country. Wrong addresses will incur a cost for reposting.

PRIVATE NOTARY SERVICE - Covers gold seals, postage stamps, notary thumb prints, premium digital paper and postage.

ADMINISTRATION
THE ADMINISTRATION TEAM WILL PROCESS YOUR LIVE LIFE CLAIM AND EMAIL YOU A DIGITAL COPY. YOUR NOTARISED LIVE LIFE CLAIM WILL BE POSTED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONTRIBUTION FOR THE NOTARY SERVICE.

CHANGES TO YOUR LIVE LIFE CLAIM

Once you have received your LLC and approved it, it will be either emailed or posted depending on the service you requested.

If your require changes a week after approval because you have decided to change your name or some other details, you will incur an administration fee to re-enter and process your claim again. The process begins from the start again and all details are re-entered by the administration team. It is not a quick fix.

This fee will include your LLC being notarised, sealed and posted. $99

The T-Shirt is a premium quality, light-weight, regular fit women's tee. It has a scooped neckline, capped sleeves, longer length, and is a flattering cut with curved edges front and back.

FIT: Regular fit - please check the size chart to avoid disappointment. Lay your own tee flat on a table, measure armpit to armpit across the chest and match to the size you feel is best. Please be advised there is an accepted size tolerance of up to 2cm.
